TierUp is a chance-based game where you stake virtual Adopt Me! pets and Murder Mystery 2 items ("items") on a 50/50 coinflip against another player or our house bot. The winner receives both stakes.
You must be old enough to use these services where you live, and you must comply with Roblox's own Terms of Use. If you are under 18, you may only use TierUp with the permission of a parent or guardian. We may refuse service or close any account at our discretion.
Items are virtual goods inside third-party games. They are not currency, they have no cash value, and we do not buy or sell them for real money. Nothing here is an investment.
Every flip is decided server-side by an HMAC-SHA256 of a secret server seed and the game id. The hash of the seed is published before the flip and the seed itself is revealed after it, so any result can be checked afterwards. Each side has an equal 50% chance.
Items enter and leave your backpack only through a trusted admin trading with you in-game. Deposits and withdrawals are handled manually and may take time depending on staff availability. Items staked in a live flip are locked and cannot be withdrawn until it resolves.
You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not share it, do not use another person's account, and do not attempt to exploit, automate, or interfere with the service. We will never ask for your Roblox password or .ROBLOSECURITY cookie β anyone who does is scamming you.
You can lose everything you stake. Only stake items you are willing to lose. Flips are final once resolved and results cannot be reversed.
We may suspend or delete accounts that cheat, abuse staff, chargeback, exploit bugs, or break these terms. Deleting an account removes its items permanently.

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost items, downtime, or any indirect damages. These terms may change; continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

We never ask for or store your Roblox password or your .ROBLOSECURITY cookie. We sign you in with official Roblox OAuth or a one-time code you paste into your own profile bio. We cannot log into your Roblox account.
Only to run the site: to sign you in, show your backpack, settle flips fairly, hand items over, answer your support messages, and investigate abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). Only the server can read or write it β the database rejects all direct access from browsers. Staff actions on your account are written to an internal audit log.
Support and withdrawal chats are private between you and staff (admins and mods). They are delivered only to your browser and to the staff panel β no other player receives them.
We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account at any time through a support chat; deleting it permanently removes your account, your items, and your chats. Staff may also delete accounts that break the Terms. Audit records of staff actions may be retained.
If you are under 18, use TierUp only with a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has given us data without permission, open a support chat and we will remove it.
